Problem
The brief

What they wanted

No client on this one. Last Seven Days is the brand we built for ourselves — to prove the 10TEN method works when it's our own money on the line. Naming, identity, store, content, fulfilment: everything in-house, from zero.

Solution
The approach

What we did

We treated ourselves like our hardest client. A brand world built around meaning over product, a Shopify store run end to end, and founder-led content shot fast and shipped faster — no media budget, no shortcuts. Limited drops and restock cycles keep demand ahead of supply.

The playbook

Step by step.

4 moves
01

Brand before product

“People don't value things, they value the meaning.” The identity came first — the garments carry it.

02

Founder-led content

The founder is the channel. Story-first videos over ad-style product pushes, at a pace only an in-house team can hold.

03

Shopify, run end to end

Store, email flows, retention and ops all handled in-house — the same stack we bring to ecommerce clients.

04

The drop machine

Limited drops, restock nights, waitlists. Scarcity as a system, not a gimmick.

Results.
