Privacy policy.
Last updated: 31 July 2026
Solution Club Ltd, trading as 10TENCREATIVES (“we”, “us”), operates the website 10tencreatives.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Registered in England and Wales, company number 14833358. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: admin@10tencreatives.com.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:
- Contact form. When you send a brief or a message through our contact page we collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company name, project type, budget range, timeline and the content of your message.
- Direct email. If you email us, we hold your address and the correspondence.
- Booking a call. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not set marketing cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry — our legitimate interest in replying to messages you send us.
- To prepare and deliver proposals you have asked for — steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To keep basic records of business correspondence — our legitimate interest in running the business.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making. We will not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
Who processes it for us
Your data is handled by a small number of service providers acting as our processors:
- Vercel (website hosting, USA/EU) — serves the site and briefly retains server logs.
- Resend (email delivery, USA) — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Fonts — the site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which involves your IP address being sent to Google.
- Calendly (call scheduling, USA) — if you book a call.
Where these providers are outside the UK/EEA, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted — unless we enter a contract, in which case records are kept as required for legal, accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- provide it to you in a portable format.
Email admin@10tencreatives.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
