10TEN started in London in 2023 with a simple observation: brands were spending more than ever on content that nobody watched. Feeds full of polished, safe, forgettable posts — while creators with a phone and a point of view were pulling millions of views a day.
So we built the agency around the creator playbook instead of the agency playbook. Small teams, fast cycles, formats engineered for the first second of attention. First for one London food brand, then for jewellery, tourism boards, restaurants and streetwear labels across Europe.
